A1 المومني، أميمة هاني جنيد AB The study aimed to identify the role of the educational supervisor in following up and evaluating the performance of geography teachers in the directorate of Ajloun education from the teachers' point of view. The study tool was applied to the study population of geography teachers in the Ajloun education directorate for the academic year 2022-2023, which numbered (79) teachers. After analyzing the data, the results showed that the teachers' knowledge of the role of the geography supervisor was moderate, with an arithmetic mean of (3.29) and a standard deviation of (0.20). The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences due to the variable of gender, educational qualification, and experience in the teachers’ knowledge of the role of the supervisor in following up and evaluating their performance. Holding training courses for geography supervisors to improve their level of performance. Increasing the number of geography supervisors and reducing their tasks and burdens so that they can perform their role effectively. Conducting studies on teachers' supervisory needs.
