A1 الصمادي، دينا فهيم AB The study aimed to the level of effectiveness of the electronic teacher training platform from the point of view of male and female teachers of primary and secondary schools in Ajloun Governorate during the first semester of the academic year (2022-2023), with a total number of (4706) male and female teachers. The study sample was chosen by stratified random method with a percentage of (25%), with a total number of (1177) male and female teachers. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire consisting of (22) items was developed. The results showed that the effectiveness of the remote teacher-training platform from the point of view of primary and secondary school teachers in Ajloun Governorate were significant, and that there were statistically significant difference between the means of responses of the sample members attributed to the following study variables: gender in favor of (females), years of experience in favor of the category of years of each (6-10) years and (above 11 years) and the school level in favor of (basic) schools.
