A1 شداد، ياسين سليمان عوض AB هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى الهیكل التنظیمي للمدارس الحكومیة الأردنیة، المشكلات والحلول من وجهة نظر مدیري المدارس ومساعدیهم، استخدم المنهج الوصفي المسحي، والاستبانة أداة لجمع البیانات وتحلیلها، تم تطبیقها على عینة قوامها 400 مديرا ومديرة ومساعدا ومساعدة. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن المشكلات التي يعاني منها الهیكل التنظیمي في المدارس الحكومیة الأردنیة من وجهة نظر مدیریها ومساعدیهم جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، كما أن الحلول المقترحة لتجاوز المشكلات التي يعاني منها الهیكل التنظیمي في المدارس الحكومیة الأردنیة من وجهة نظر مدیریها ومساعدیهم جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة. في ضوء نتائج الدراسة، یوصي الباحث بضرورة توفیر مدیریة التربیة والتعلیم أقسام خاصة تعنى بالبحث العلمي والتطویر للهیاكل التنظیمیة. The descriptive survey method was used, and the questionnaire was a tool for data collection and analysis. The organizational structure in Jordanian public schools suffers from it from the point of view of its principals and their assistants, and it came to a high degree. Education has special departments concerned with scientific research and development of organizational structures.
