A1 بني حمدان، سهى محمد حسن AB هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى الإدارة بالقیم لدى مدیري المدارس في (محافظة جرش) وعلاقتها بتمیزهم الإداري من وجهة نظر المعلمین ولتحقیق ذلك اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي بمدخله الارتباطي، وذلك بتطبیق استبانة مكونة من (46) فقرة على عینة قوامها 498 معلما ومعلمة من مجتمع الدراسة للعام الدراسي (2021-2022م)؛ وأظهرت النتائج أن درجة تقدیر أفراد العینة لممارسة مدیري المدارس للإدارة بالقیم من وجهة نظر المعلمین كانت كبیرة بمتوسط حسابي (3.75)، وانحراف معیاري (1.05)، حیث جاء قیمة المسؤولیة المجتمعیة في المرتبة الأولى بأعلى متوسط حسابي بلغ (3.86)، بینما جاء مجال قیمة العدل والمصداقیة في المرتبة الثانیة بمتوسط حسابي (3.76)، وجاء في المرتبة الأخیرة مجال قیمة التعاون والمشاركة بوسط حسابي (3.65)، وأن درجة تقدیر أفراد العینة لمستوى التمیز الإداري كانت متوسطة بمتوسط حسابي (3.61)، وانحراف معیاري (1.16)؛ حیث جاء مجال القیادة والإدارة المدرسیة في المرتبة الأولى بأعلى متوسط حسابي بلغ (3.70)، بینما جاء مجال المبادرات الإبداعیة في المرتبة الثانیة بمتوسط حسابي (3.57)، وجاء في المرتبة الأخیرة مجال التواصل مع المجتمع المحلي بوسط حسابي (3.56)، وتوجد علاقة ارتباطیة موجبة دالة إحصائيا بین درجة تقدیر ممارسة مدیري للإدارة بالقیم ودرجة تقدیر مستوى التمیز الإداري، حیث بلغ معامل الارتباط (0.85). وأوصت الدراسة الاستمرار في عقد الدورات التدریبیة من قبل الجهات المختصة في وزارة التربیة والتعلیم التي تعنى بتعزیز مفهوم الإدارة بالقیم لدى مدیري المدارس، والعمل على تطبیق وممارسة هذا المفهوم في مختلف جوانب العمل المدرسي. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The study aimed at identifying management by values among school principals in (Jerash Governorate) and its relationship to their administrative excellence from the point of view of teachers. a male and female teacher from the study community for the academic year (2021-2022). The results showed that the degree of the sample’s appreciation of school principals’ practice of management by values from the teachers’ point of view was large, with an arithmetic mean (3.75) and a standard deviation (1.05), where the value of social responsibility came in the first place with the highest arithmetic mean (3.86), while the field of the value of justice and credibility came in the second place with an arithmetic mean of (3.76), and the field of the value of cooperation and perception came in the last place with a mean of (3.65). standard (1.16); where the field of school leadership and administration came in the first place with the highest arithmetic mean of (3.70), while the field of creative initiatives came in second place with a mean of (3.57), and the field of communication with the local community came in the last place with a mean of (3.56). A positive correlational relationship statistically significant between the degree of estimation of managers' practice of management by values and the degree of estimation of the level of administrative excellence, as the correlation coefficient was (0.85). The study recommended the continuation of holding training courses by the competent authorities in the Ministry of Education, which are concerned with promoting the concept of management by values among school principals and working on applying and practicing this concept in various aspects of schoolwork.
