A1 الشديفات، شادية ممدوح عليان AB هدفت الدراسة الكشف عن درجة ممارسة مدیري المدارس الحكومیة للكفایات التكنولوجیة وأثرها على الأداء الوظیفي من وجهة نظر معلمیهم في مدیریة تربیة الزرقاء الثانیة، استخدمت الباحثة في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي لملاءمته لطبیعة الدراسة وتحقیق أهدافها، ولتحقیق أهداف الدراسة قامت الباحثة ببناء وأعداد المقیاس من خلال الرجوع إلى الدراسات السابقة والأدب النظري المتعلق بهذا المجال، وقد اشتمل المقیاس على مجالین هما: الكفایات التكنولوجیة، الأداء الوظیفي. تكونت عینة الدراسة من (440) معلما ومعلمة من المدارس الحكومیة للعام الدراسي (2022-2023) تم اختیارهم بالطریقة العشوائیة البسیطة. وقد أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن درجة ممارسة مدیري المدارس للكفایات التكنولوجیة من وجهة نظر معلمیهم في مدیریة تربیة الزرقاء الثانیة جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، وأن تقدیرات معلمي المدارس الحكومیة لفقرات مجال الأداء الوظیفي في ضوء ممارسة مدیري المدارس للكفایات التكنولوجیة جاءت جمیعها بدرجة كبیرة، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائیا في المتوسطات الحسابیة لدرجة ممارسة مدیري المدارس للكفایات التكنولوجیة ومستوى الأداء الوظیفي من وجهة نظر معلمیهم تعزى لمتغیري الجنس والخبرة. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The study aimed to reveal the degree of public school principals' practice of technological competencies and their impact on job performance from the point of view of their teachers in the Second Zarqa Education Directorate. The researcher used the descriptive survey method. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher built and prepared the scale by referring to previous studies and theoretical literature related to this field. The scale included two areas: technological competencies and job performance. The study sample consisted of (440) male and female teachers in public schools for the academic year 2022-2023, and they were selected using a simple random method. The results of the study indicated the degree of school principals' practice of technological competencies from the point of view of their teachers in the second Zarqa education directorate, which came to a medium degree, and that the estimates of government schoolteachers for the paragraphs of the field of job performance in the light of school principals' practice of technological competencies were all to a high degree. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the arithmetic mean of the degree of school principals' practice of technological competencies and the level of job performance from their teachers' point of view, due to the variables of gender and experience.
