A1 العدوان، حسين إبراهيم A2 طناش، سلامة يوسف AB هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرف واقع دور إدارة المعرفة في بناء المنظمة المتعلمة في الجامعة الأردنية من وجهة نظر القادة الأكاديميين وأعضاء هيئة التدريس، وتم اختيار عينة الدراسة بالطريقة الطبقية العشائية من(336) فرداً، وأُستخدم في الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي وتم تطوير استبانة تكونت من (36) فقرة، وتوزعت على ستة مجالات، وقد تم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها، وبعد جمع البيانات تم تحليلها، وأظهرت النتائج: أن واقع دور إدارة المعرفة في بناء المنظمة المتعلمة من وجهة نظر القادة الأكاديميين وأعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعة الأردنية كان مرتفعًا. وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (α=0.05) لدور إدارة المعرفة في بناء المنظمة المتعلمة في الجامعة الأردنية من وجهة نظر القادة الأكاديميين وأعضاء هيئة التدريس، تبعا لمتغيرات (الجنس، وطبيعة العمل، والجامعة التي تخرج فيها، والرتبة الأكاديمية). وفي ضوء النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة فيمكن وضع التوصية الآتية: استمرار إدارة الجامعة بالاهتمام بإدارة المعرفة والتي ظهرت بواقع مرتفع في هذه الدراسة لما لها من أثر كبير في الأعمال الإدارية التدريسية داخل الجامعة. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The study aimed to finding out the reality of knowledge management in building the learning organization at the University of Jordan from academic leaders and faculty members’ point of view. The study sample was chosen by using random stratified method of (336) subject. The researcher used the descriptive - survey methodology. A questionnaire was developed which consisted of (36) items. They were distributed on six fields. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were assured. The results showed that the reality of knowledge management in building the learning organization from academic leaders and faculty members at the University of Jordan was high. There were no significantly differences at (α=0.05) for the role of knowledge management in building the learning organization at the University of Jordan from academic leaders and faculty members’ point of view attributed to: (sex, nature of work, the university from which he graduated, the academic rank). In light of the findings of the study, the following recommendation can be made: The university administration continues to pay attention to knowledge management, which was in a high level in this study, because of its significant effect on administrative and teaching work within the university.
