A1 حسين، عبد السلام جابر A2 نصار، أحمد فاروق AB هدفت الدراسة التعرف الى مستوى التوافق النفسي والاجتماعي وعلاقته بدافعية الإنجاز لدى لاعبي ولاعبات الكرة الطائرة في الجامعات الفلسطينية، وأُستخدم المنهج الوصفي المسحي على عينة عمدية قوامها (72) من لاعبي ولاعبات الكرة الطائرة في الجامعات الفلسطينية. ومن اجل جمع البيانات قام الباحثان بتصميم مقياس التوافق النفسي والاجتماعي، فضلاً عن مقياس (Abdul Reda,2005) لقياس دافعية الإنجاز. وأظهرت النتائج أن مستوى التوافق النفسي والاجتماعي، ومستوى دافعية الإنجاز لدى عينة الدراسة كانا مرتفعين، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى التوافق النفسي الاجتماعي لدى عينة الدراسة تبعا لمتغير الجنس لصالح الذكور، وأنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى التوافق النفسي الاجتماعي لدى عينة الدراسة تبعا لمتغير الجامعة، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى دافعية الإنجاز لدى عينة الدراسة تبعا لمتغير الجنس لصالح الذكور، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى دافعية الإنجاز الرياضي لدى عينة الدراسة تبعا لمتغير الجامعة لصالح طلبة الجامعة العربية الأمريكية، ووجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية متوسطة دالة إحصائيا بين التوافق النفسي ودافعية الإنجاز لدى عينة الدراسة. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The study aimed to identify the level of psychological and social compatibility and its relation to the motivation of achievement among male and female players of volleyball in Palestinian universities. The researchers used the descriptive methodology on a sample of 72 volleyball players from both sexes in the Palestinian universities. The researchers used the measure of psychological and social compatibility of their design, in addition to the scale (Abdul Reda, 2005) to measure the motivation for achievement. SPSS was used in data analysis. The results of the study showed the following, the level of psychological and social compatibility in the study sample was high. The level of achievement motivation in the study sample was high. There were statistically significant differences in the level of psychosocial compatibility of the study sample according to sex variable in favor of males. There were no statistically significant differences in the level of psycho - social compatibility in the study sample according to the university variable. There were statistically significant differences in the level of achievement motivation of the study sample according to sex variable in favor of males. There were statistically significant differences in the level of motivation of mathematical achievement of the sample of the study according to the variable of the university in favor of the students of the Arab American University. The existence of a positive correlation between the psychological compatibility and motivation of achievement in the study sample.
