A1 الجبور، محمد فالح AB This study aimed to find out the degree of school principals' practice of participatory leadership from the point of view of educational supervisors in Jordan. A questionnaire was used in this study to collect information. Its validity and reliability were verified. The results of the study showed that the degree of school principals' practice of participatory leadership from the point of view of educational supervisors in Jordan was moderate. Also, the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of (∞≤0.05) according to the gender variable, and there were no statistically significant differences at the level of (∞≤0.05) according to the practical experience variable. In addition, there were no statistically significant differences at the level (∞≤0.05) according to the educational qualification variable. In the light of the results of the study, it recommends the need to prepare an educational guide that includes the topic of participatory leadership, its principles and its implementation mechanism for school principals. So that, it is a reference for them to return to the decisions that they take. The study also recommends the need for educational supervisors to follow up with school principals to activate and apply the participatory leadership established in the guide.
