A1 كوكش، ديانا AB The study aimed to reveal the interests of educational supervisors in their supervisory visits to teachers in Naour district, relying on the descriptive analytical approach, the study population consisted of reports prepared by supervisors during field visits to teachers in their classrooms. The study sample consisted of (100) reports, and a form was used to analyze the reports. Prepared by the educational supervisors, and after conducting the statistical analysis, the study reached a number of results, the most important of which were: 1) Supervisors have a clear interest in integrating teachers into their learning responsibilities, through learning communities, in which they raise their problems and exchange suggestions on ways to confront them. Where this method was applied in 56% of the supervisors' activities. 2) Individual meetings and interviews came in second place, as 27% of the supervisors practiced them. 3) Supervisors still focus on classroom visits, which is the most prevalent traditional method in educational supervision, and perhaps the easiest one, as 18% of the supervisors applied it. The study recommended the necessity of conducting training courses for teachers to improve their communication with educational supervisors.
