A1 الخفش، سهام AB This study aimed at revealing the degree to which teachers of special education centers possess moral Intelligence according to Boraba's theory and its relationship to some variables, the study sample consisted of (335) male and female teachers. The researcher used the measure of moral intelligence which is developed from Al-Mahaska (2020) after verifying its validity and stability. The results revealed that the teachers have a high degree of moral intelligence, on all dimensions of the measure except for the dimension of justice which come low, and they were in favor of the female gender (α=1591). The results were also in favor of teachers who specialized in special education, especially in relation to the dimensions (empathy, kindness, respect, tolerance). Additionally, those with (1-8) years of experience did not show significant differences in (conscience, self-control, justice). Finally, the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences attributed to the sex of the disabled but rather attributed to the type of disability except for the dimension of conscience. Whereas the study showed that the severity of disability is in favor of simple situations, on dimensions (self-control, respect, empathy), and showed that there are no differences on dimensions of the scale (conscience, kindness, tolerance, justice).
