A1 الحسيني، سلطان عزارة مفلح AB This study aimed to measure the degree to which public school principals in the State of Kuwait exercise power resources from their point of view. The study used the descriptive survey method for its relevance for the purposes of this study, and to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire consisting of (30) items was prepared, which was distributed to a sample of (285) principals who work in public schools in the State of Kuwait. The results showed that the degree to which public school principals in the State of Kuwait practiced sources of power from their point of view was average in all fields, namely: coercive power, utility power, and principle-based power. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the degree of exercise of public school principals in Kuwait. From their point of view, the sources of strength are attributed to the variables of gender and educational qualification. The study recommended a number of recommendations.
