A1 الكيلاني، ألما شامخ A2 الزعبي، أحمد محمد AB هدفت الدراسة إلى التحقق من فاعلية برنامج حل المشكلات المستقبلية في تنمية مهارات اتخاذ القرار لدى طلبة الصف العاشر في التعليم الخاص بمدينة عمان، واشتملت العينة على (100) طالب وطالبة، تم تقسيمهم إلى مجموعتين تجريبية (25 طالبا، 25 طالبة)، وضابطة (17 طالبا، 33 طالبة). وتم تطبيق برنامج حل المشكلات المستقبلية على المجموعة التجريبية، كما طبّق مقياس اتخاذ القرار على المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة كاختبار قبلي وبعدي. وأشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة في الأداء البعدي على مهارات اتخاذ القرار، ولصالح المجموعة التجريبية، في حين لم توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا تعزى للجنس في الأداء البعدي لمهارات اتخاذ القرار باستثناء مهارة الأهداف فكانت الفروق لصالح الإناث، ولم توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا تعزى للتفاعل بين المجموعة والجنس في مهارات اتخاذ القرار باستثناء مهارة الأولويات، وأخيرا أوصت الدراسة بضرورة دمج برنامج حل المشكلات المستقبلية في الأنشطة التي تهدف إلى تطوير مهارات اتخاذ القرار. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB This study aimed at investigating the effectiveness of the future problem-solving program in developing decision making among 10th grade studentsof Special Education in Amman. Study sample consisted of (100) students were divided into two groups: experimental groups (25 male, 25 female), and control group (17 male, 33 female). The future problem-solving program was applied on the experimental group, the decision-making scale also applied on the two groups as a pretest and posttest. Results showed that there were significant differences in the posttest of decision-making skills in favor of experimental group. Whereas study showed that there were no significant differences on the decision-making skills due to gender, except for targets skill in favor of females, also there were no significant differences due to the interaction between the group and gender in the posttest of the decision-making skills except for priorities skill, finally, the study recommended that integration of future problems to activities aimed at raising the decision-making skills.
