A1 الصمادي، أدهم سمير A2 الصمادي، مروان صالح AB This study aimed to identify the perceived self-efficacy of resources rooms teachers and its relationship to possessing effective teaching skills from their perspectives. It also attempted to identify the differences between them according to the variables of gender, educational qualification, and experience. The study samples consisted of all teachers of the resource rooms in the districts of Bani Ubaid, Mazar, Ramtha, and Qasbah Irbid, whose number was (74) male and female teachers. during the first semester of 2021-2022. The researchers employed the associated descriptive method; the standards of self-aware competence and effective teaching skills were developed. There was a high level of perceived self-efficacy and effective teaching skills. The results showed that there was no statistically significant difference (α=1.15) between the means of perceived self-efficacy and effective teaching skills due to gender, educational qualification, and experience. Finally, the results revealed that there was a very large positive correlation between perceived self-efficacy and resources classroom teachers’ effective teaching skills.
