A1 العريني، عبد العزيز بن عبد الله AB هدفت الدراسة التعرف على دور قادة المدارس المتوسطة في المملكة العربية السعودية في تعزيز الإدارة الصفية لدى المعلمين، وتم استخدم المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتشكل أفراد الدراسة من (212) معلما ومعلمة من معلمي مدارس المرحلة المتوسطة ينتمون إلى ثلاث مناطق تعليمية، وأجاب أفراد الدراسة عن استبيان يتكون من خمسة محاور، تناولت جانب تخطيط وتنظيم العمل الصفي، العلاقات الإنسانية وتنمية المعلمين مهنيا، رعاية شؤون الطلاب، وتأمين الوسائل والتقنيات. وكانت أهم نتائج الدراسة: أن دور قادة المدارس المتوسطة في تعزيز الإدارة الصفية لدى المعلمين تتحقق بدرجة متوسطة في مجملها، وانتهت الدراسة إلى عدد من التوصيات في ضوء نتائج الدراسة. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The study aimed to identify the role of middle school leaders in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to promote classroom management of teachers. The descriptive survey method was used. The study consisted of (212) teachers of middle intermediate stage, which are, belong to three educational districts. The study members answered a questionnaire consists of five topics which dealt with the planning and organization of classroom work, human relations and the development of teachers professionally, caring of students’ affairs, securing means and techniques. The main results of the study were that the role of middle school leaders in enhancing the classroom management of teachers is achieved in a medium degree. The study concluded with number of recommendations in view of the results of the study.
