A1 جاسم، مهدي خليل A2 الجنابي، إيمان حسن جعدان AB هدف البحث التعرف على العلاقة الارتباطية بين منظور الوقت والإحساس الشخصي بالقوة لدى المرشدين التربويين، اعتمد الباحث مقياس (Zembardo& boyd, 1999) لمنظور الوقت، وكذلك مقياس (Andrson et al, 2012) للإحساس الشخصي بالقوة، وبعد أن تحقق الباحث من صدق الترجمة وصدق المقياسين وثباتهما، طبقها على عينة مكونة من (400) مرشد ومرشدة تربوية في المدارس الصباحية في محافظة بغداد بمديرياتها الستة. أظهرت النتائج أن عينة البحث لديها ارتفاع في الماضي السلبي والحاضر القدري ولديها درجة متوسطة من الماضي الإيجابي والحاضر الممتع والتوجه نحو المستقبل ودرجة متوسطة من الإحساس الشخصي بالقوة، وتوجد علاقة ارتباطية بين أبعاد منظور الوقت والإحساس الشخصي بالقوة. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The educational counselor is often exposed to a set of pressures and difficulties that arouse in him some unwanted negative feelings that prevent him from communicating with mentees and colleagues in the workplace and school, therefore there are some characteristics that he must possess in order to reduce these negative feelings. The more positive his previous experiences and the current experiences that he lives daily, the more he expects the future to carry many positive aspects, this works to increase his sense of control, power and influence in the environment in which he works, and this works to increase his ability to face situations that cause distress, tension and anxiety. Therefore, the aim of the study is to identify: 1) The time perspective of educational counselors. 2) The personal sense of power among the educational counselors. 3) The correlation between time perspective and personal sense of power among educational counselors.
