A1 محاميد، شادي عدنان A2 جبران، علي محمد A2 الكراسنة، سميح محمود AB هدفت الدّراسة الكشف عن درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية في منطقة المثلث الشمالي داخل الخط الأخضر للإدارة الإلكترونية وعلاقتها بتحقيق معايير الجودة الشاملة من وجهة نظر المديرين والمعلمين، وقد استخدم الباحثون المنهج المسحي الوصفي الارتباطي، وقد تكوّن مجتمع الدّراسة من جميع المديرين والمعلمين في المدارس الثانوية في منطقة المثلث الشمالي داخل الخط الأخضر خلال العام الدراسي 2020/2021 والبالغ عددهم (840) مديراً ومعلماً، وقد تم اختيار عينة عشوائية بسيطة تكونت من (12) مديراً، و (258) معلماً، يعملون في (20) مدرسة ثانوية. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة ممارسة الإدارة الإلكترونية لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية جاءت بدرجة كبيرة، كما وأظهرت النتائج أن درجة تحقيق معايير الجودة الشاملة لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية جاءت بدرجة كبيرة، وأظهرت النتائج أيضاً وجود علاقة ارتباطية إيجابيّة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجة ممارسة الإدارة الإلكترونية ودرجة تحقيق معايير الجودة الشاملة لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية في منطقة المثلث الشمالي داخل الخط الأخضر. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The study aimed to reveal the degree of practice of secondary school principals in the Northern Triangle region within the Green Line of electronic management and its relationship to achieve total quality standards from the point of view of principals and teachers. The researchers used the correlational descriptive survey method. The study population consisted of all principals and teachers in secondary schools in the Northern Triangle area within the Green Line during the 2020/2021 academic year, which totaled (840) principals and teachers. A simple random sample was chosen consisting of (12) principals and (258) teachers, working in (20) secondary schools. The results of the study showed that the degree of electronic management practice among secondary school principals was high, and the results showed that the degree of achieving total quality standards among secondary school principals was high, and the results showed a positive statistically significant correlation between the degree of electronic management practice and the degree of achieving the standards of the total quality of secondary school principals in the Northern Triangle area within the Green Line.
