A1 التميمي، إيمان ستار رزاق A2 عبد الله، أحلام جبار AB يهدف البحث التعرف على مهارات النجاح الأكاديمي لدى طلبة الجامعة، وكذلك التعرف على دلالة الفروق وفق الجنس (ذكور، إناث) والتخصص (علمي ، إنساني). قامت الباحثة بتبني وترجمة مقياس مهارات النجاح لدينيس Dennis, 2010، يتكون المقياس من (32) فقرة ومن (5) مهارات (مهارة التركيز - التواصل - التنظيم وإدارة الوقت - تحديد الأهداف والتحفيز - الاستعداد للاختبارات)، وقد تم التأكد من خصائصة السايكومترية. تم تطبيق المقياس على عينة (400) طالب وطالبة من طلبة جامعة بغداد، اختيروا بطريقة العينة الطبقية العشوائية، وتم جمع البيانات ومعالجتها. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من الاستنتاجات: 1) يمتلك طلبة جامعة بغداد درجة جيدة في مهارات (التركيز - التواصل - تحديد الأهداف - التنظيم وإدارة الوقت - والاستعداد للاختبارات) على مقياس مهارات النجاح الأكاديمي. 2) أكدت النتائج عدم وجود فرق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الجنسين (ذكور، إناث) في الدراسة. 3) أكدت النتائج وجود فروق في التخصص (علمي - إنساني) لدى طلبة جامعة بغداد في مهارة (تحديد الأهداف والتحفيز والاستعداد للاختبارات) لصالح التخصص العلمي. 4) أما فيما يخص بقية المهارات فليس هناك فروق في تبعا للتخصص (علمي - إنساني). Paragraph and (5) skills (focus skill - communication - organization and time management – setting goals and motivation - preparing for tests). Randomly, the data was collected and processed, and the current study reached a number of conclusions: 1) Baghdad University students have a good degree in skills (focus - communication - goal setting - organization, time management - and preparation for exams) on the academic success skills scale. 2) The results confirmed the absence of a statistically significant difference between the sexes (males, females) in the current study. 3) The results confirmed that there are differences in the specialization (scientific - human) among Baghdad University students in the skills (setting goals motivation, and in favor of the scientific specialization). 4) There are differences in specialization (scientific - human) in the skill of preparing for tests and cognitive control in favor of scientific specialization. 5) As for the rest of the skills, there are no differences in the relationship between them and the cognitive control according to the specialization (scientific - human).
