A1 حمدان، موسى عبد الله A2 السعود، راتب سلامة AB هدفت الدراسة تعرف درجة تطبيق الجامعات الأردنية الحكومية لمعايير التصنيف العالمي للجامعات (QS) وسياسات تربوية مقترحة لتحسين ترتيبها في هذا التصنيف. وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (285) قائدا أكاديميا من الجامعات الأردنية الحكومية تم اختيارها بطريقة العينة العنقودية العشوائية. أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن درجة تطبيق الجامعات الأردنية الحكومية لمعايير التصنيف العالمي للجامعات (QS) من وجهة نظر القيادات الأكاديمية جاءت بدرجة متوسطة في جميع مجالات الدراسة الخمسة، وهي: السمعة الأكاديمية، والبحث العلمي، والبعد الدولي، والسمعة الوظيفية، والاعتماد الأكاديمي، كما أظهرت النتائج أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتوسطات الحسابية لتصورات أفراد عينة الدراسة لدرجة تطبيق الجامعات الأردنية الحكومية لمعايير التصنيف العالمي للجامعات (QS) تبعا لمتغيرات المركز الوظيفي والجامعة. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة، تم اقتراح مجموعة السياسات التربوية لتحسين ترتيب هذه الجامعات في هذا التصنيف. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The study aimed to determine the degree to which Jordanian public universities apply the standards of the World University Rankings (QS) and proposed educational policies to improve their ranking in this world ranking. The descriptive survey methodology was used. The study sample consisted of (285) academic leaders from Jordanian public universities who were selected using a random cluster sampling method. The results of the study indicated that the degree of application of the Jordanian public universities to the standards of the world university rankings (QS) from the point of view of academic leaders was moderate in all five domains of study, which were: academic reputation, scientific research, international dimension, job reputation, and. Academic accreditation. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences (α=0.05) between the mean of the study sample members’ perceptions of the degree to which Jordanian public universities apply the standards of the world university rankings (QS) according to the variables of job position and university. In light of the results of the study, a group of educational policies were proposed to improve the ranking of these universities in this world university rankings (QS).
