It also aimed at identifying the obstacles that limit their satisfaction, as well as providing suggestions that increase job satisfaction among female administrative staff in governmental intermediate schools in Riyadh from their point of view The current study adopted the descriptive-survey method, and a "questionnaire" as a tool for data gathering process. Population of the study was all administrative staff at the governmental intermediate level in Riyadh whose number is (4284), only (432) participants took part in this study. Findings of the current study revealed the following: Participants agree to a medium degree of job satisfaction among female administrative staff in the governmental intermediate schools in Riyadh; the most prominent feature of job satisfaction is that they respect their colleagues' point of view and their suggestions Findings also revealed that participants agree to a very high degree on the suggestions that increase the satisfaction of female administrative staff in the governmental intermediate schools in Riyadh; the most important of these suggestions is providing a climate of respect that controls the relationship between administrative staff and administration.
