The research problem crystallized through an exploratory study of the reality and recommendations of previous studies. The research relied on the descriptive and analytical approach in describing the problem and its causes, and describing the reality that calls for developing solutions and proposals from The reality of previous studies and exploratory study, and the research was based on a questionnaire that included the features and indicators of moderate thought among students, as well as the means and mechanisms that private universities must do in this regard, and it was codified and verified its objectivity and suitability for application, and the study tool was applied to a sample of students of the College of Humanitarian and Administrative Studies. In Onaiza colleges in the academic year 2019, to verify the appropriateness of the proposed means of spreading moderate thought among students, amounting to (400) students The results of the research found that foundations 1-18 obtained a high degree of importance from the point of view of the study members, the most prominent of which are: written expression activities, attracting students with moderate thinking, highlighting the kingdom’s position and society’s positives in lectures, and both foundations 19 and 20 received a degree of importance Medium, and the study reached the most important means of spreading moderate thought, including: interactive technological media as basic means for transmitting knowledge and supporting the positive trend, and the presence of important pillars for proposing the perception, including curricula, decisions, methods, and faculty members, and the research concluded by presenting a proposed conception to spread moderate thought in Saudi universities and private colleges.
