A1 المليجي، رضا ابراهيم AB هدفت الدراسة إلى وضع إستراتيجية مقترحة لتفعيل دور إدارة جامعة حائل في ترسيخ ثقافة ريادة الأعمال بجامعة حائل في ضوء التوجهات الوطنية للمملكة العربية السعودية، وذلك من خلال: التعرف على الإطار المفاهيمى لثقافة ريادة الأعمال ومعوقاتها في التعليم الجامعي، توضيح أهم جهود جامعة حائل في ترسيخ ثقافة ريادة الأعمال لمواكبة التوجهات الوطنية للمملكة العربية السعودية، استعراض بعض التوجهات الوطنية للمملكة العربية السعودية في الوقت الحاضر، والكشف عن واقع دور الإدارة الجامعية في ترسيخ ثقافة ريادة الأعمال وأهم معوقاتها بجامعة حائل من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس والطلبة، وقد اعتمدت على المزاوجة بين المنهج الوصفي ومنهجية "سوات SWOT" في تحقيق ذلك. وتوصلت إلى أن ترسيخ ثقافة ريادة الأعمال يتطلب دعم الإدارة العليا لأنشطة وإجراءات ترسيخ ثقافة ريادة الأعمال لدى الطلاب، ووضع التشريعات والأنظمة التي توفر الحماية لريادة الأعمال والمشروعات الريادية باعتبارها مشروعات قومية، وتوفير الدعم المالي اللازم للبدء في مشروعات ومبادرات ريادة الأعمال، وتوفير البيئة والمناخ الجامعي الملائم لاحتضان رواد ورائدات الأعمال من الطلبة، وعقد الشراكات الاستراتيجية مع رواد الأعمال من الشركات الريادية ورجال الأعمال لاحتضان الأفكار الابتكارية للطلبة وتحويلها إلى مشروعات ربحية. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB This study aimed to set a proposed strategy for enhancing the role of Hail University Administration in fostering Enterpreunership Culture in the light of Some National Orientations of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through acknowledging the conceptual framework of enterpreunership Culture and its obstacles in university education, illustrating the most important efforts of University of Hail in supporting this culture to cope with the national orientations of KSA, displaying these orientations at the present time, acknowledging the real status quo of the role of university administration in supporting enterpreunership culture and its obstacles from the teaching staffs point of views. It depend on the compromise between the Descriptive Method and SWOT Technique to achieve those objectives and confirmed that fostering entrepreneurial culture requires top administration support for activities and procedures of entrpreunership, setting legilisations and systems that protect entrepreneurial projects as national ones, providing financial resources to carry out enterprunership intiatives, creating healthy climate for enterpreuners and holdind strategic partenrships with companies and business men to incubate the innovative ideas of students and transforming them to profitable projects.
