A1 عطيف، يحيى بن منصور حسن A2 شراحيلي، جابر بن عبد الله حسن AB The research aimed at preparing a program based on professional learning communities to improve the teaching practices for public education teachers in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the research used the experimental approach based on the design of quasi-experimental treatments using pre- and post-applications for the teaching practices observation card. The research sample consisted of (30) public education teachers in three stages (primary, preparatory, secondary) in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the research indicated that there are statistically significant differences between the pre and post-application of the teaching practices observation card for public education teachers in favor of the post application. The research recommended providing teachers with guidebooks that shows how to build professional learning communities to improve their teaching practices, pay attention to teaching practices in professional development programs for teachers.
