A1 حمادنة، نهاوند محمود حمدان AB هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن أثر المبادرات التربوية للمعلمين في تحسين نموهم المهني، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (356) معلم ومعلمة من معلمي المرحلة الأساسية في محافظة لواء بني كنانة بالمملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، بواقع (143) معلم، (213) معلمة، واستخدمت الباحثة استبانة لقياس أثر المبادرات التربوية للمعلمين في تحسين نموهم المهني كأداة لجمع البيانات، واشتملت على (40) فقرة، وكشفت نتائج الدراسة عن أن تأثير المبادرات التربوية في تحسين نموهم المهني جاء بدرجة متوسطة، كما كشفت نتائج الدراسة عن عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات المعلمين والمعلمات في تأثير المبادرات التربوية للمعلمين في تحسين نموهم المهني، وكذلك وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات معلمي المرحلة الأساسية علي الاستبانة تُعزى لصالح المؤهل العلمي (الدراسات العليا)، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات معلمي المرحلة الأساسية على الاستبانة تُعزى لصالح سنوات الخبرة (أكثر من 10 سنوات خبرة). The sample of the study consisted of (356) male and female primary stage teachers in el-Lewaa Bani Kananah government in the Hashemite kingdom of Jordan, and it was (143) male and (213) female. The researcher used a questionnaire survey to measure the impact of educational initiatives for teachers in improving their professional development as a data collection tool, and it included (40) paragraphs. The results of the study showed that the impact of educational initiatives in improving their professional development came with average degrees, also the results of the study revealed that there are not statistically significant differences between the average scores of male and female teachers in the impact of educational initiatives in improving their professional development and also founded there are statistically significant differences between the average scores of primary stage teachers and the impact of educational initiatives in improving their professional development and it was high for the academic qualification. And there are statistically significant differences between the average scores of primary stage teachers on the questionnaire survey and it was for years of experience (more than 10 years).
