The researcher used the descriptive analytical method, as the researcher prepared A questionnaire A survey to know the point of view of history Teachers in the preparatory stage about the effectiveness of the Mock Trials Strategy in teaching. It consists of (30) phrases, and the research experiment was conducted in the second semester of the Academic year 2020/2021 AD on a number of (60) Teachers of the Social studies subject in the Department of Educational Impositions. The research reached several results, which are: There is no gender difference on the use of the Mock Trials Strategy, while there is a difference in qualification in favor of the educational qualification, It is statistically significant at the level (0.01), while the long experience plays a significant role as well, and it is statistically significant at the level (0.01) in favor of the long experience. So here the researcher recommended the necessity of paying attention for developing the history curriculam for the Preparatory Stage by the Mock Trials Strategy, Providing all means of support to encourage workers in the educational field to use the Mock Trials Strategy, And interest in training student-teachers within the Colleges of education to use the Mock Trials Strategy.
