A1 أحمد، آية توفيق حسين A2 الجعفري، إبراهيم محمد سعيد إبراهيم A2 حسن، سوزان محمد AB يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على أثر استخدام التعلم التكيفي على تنمية مهارات إنتاج بنوك الأسئلة الإلكترونية لدى معلمي المرحلة الثانوية. تكونت عينة البحث من (30) معلم ومعلمة من معلمي المرحلة الثانوية كمجموعة تجريبية واحدة تم تطبيق أدوات البحث عليها قبليا وبعديا. استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لجمع البيانات والمعلومات النظرية للبحث، والمنهج التجريبي ذو التصميم شبه التجريبي ذو المجموعة الواحدة. تمثلت أدوات البحث في اختبار تحصيلي لقياس الجانب المعرفي لمهارات إنتاج بنوك الأسئلة الإلكترونية، وبطاقة ملاحظة الأداء، وقامت الباحثة بتطبيق أساليب المعالجة الإحصائية المناسبة. توصلت النتائج إلى وجود فرق دال إحصائيا عند مستوى (0.01) بين متوسطي درجات أفراد المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي للاختبار التحصيلي لصالح التطبيق البعدي، ووجود فرق دال إحصائيا عند مستوى (0.01) بين متوسطي درجات أفراد المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لبطاقة الملاحظة لصالح التطبيق البعدي. توصلت نتائج البحث إلى ما يؤكد على فاعلية التعلم التكيفي على تنمية مهارات إنتاج بنوك الأسئلة الإلكترونية لدى معلمي المرحلة الثانوية. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The aim of the research is to identify the impact of the use of adaptive learning on developing the skills of producing electronic question banks for secondary school teachers, and the research sample consisted of (30) male and female secondary school teachers as one experimental group on which the research tools were applied before and after, and the researcher used the descriptive approach. The analytical method for collecting theoretical data and information for research, and the experimental approach with a quasi-experimental design with a single group. The research tools consisted of an achievement test to measure the cognitive aspect of the production skills of electronic question banks, and a performance note card. The researcher applied the appropriate statistical treatment methods, and the results reached a significant difference. Statistically at the level (0.01) between the mean scores of the experimental group members in the pre and post applications of the achievement test in favor of the post application, and there is a statistically significant difference at the level (0.01) between the mean scores of the experimental group members in the pre and post applications of the observation card in favor of the post application. To confirm the effectiveness of adaptive learning by developing the skills of producing electronic question banks for these are secondary school teachers.
