A1 خاجه، محمد حاجى علي AB هدف البحث تعرف دراسة واقع الأداء التدريسي لمعلمي رياضيات المرحلة الأساسية في ضوء متطلبات عصر التعلم الرقمي بدولة الكويت. اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي نظرا لملاءمته طبيعة البحث حيث تم تحليل ودراسة واقع الأداء التدريسي لمعلمي رياضيات المرحلة الأساسية في ضوء متطلبات عصر التعلم الرقمي بدولة الكويت. تمثلت العينة الاستطلاعية من (20) معلم رياضيات بالمرحلة الأساسية، وتم اختيار عينة البحث الأساسية من معلمي رياضيات المرحلة الأساسية والبالغ عددهم (38) معلم. من أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها الباحث أن واقع تطوير الأداء التدريسي لمعلمي رياضيات المرحلة الأساسية يتمثل في قدرة معلم الرياضيات على التعامل مع برامج تحرير الرسوم والصور الرقمية، إنشاء بريد إلكتروني واستخدامه في العملية التعليمية، بناء اختبارات رقمية تشخيصية لتحديد مواطن القوة ونقاط الضعف لدى التلاميذ، تمكين التلاميذ من المشاركة في تخطيط الأنشطة وطريقة تنفيذها وتقويمها رقميا. وفي إطار ما توصل إليه الباحث من نتائج، يوصي بضرورة تطوير الأداء التدريسي لمعلمي الرياضيات بما يواكب متطلبات التعلم الرقمي، وتوفير الإمكانيات المساهمة في استخدام التعلم الرقمي في العملية التدريسية، وتوفير البنية التحتية المساهمة في استخدام التعلم الرقمي، وتوفير الدورات التدريبية التي تسهم في تطوير مهارات التعلم الرقمي. The exploratory sample consisted of (20) basic stage mathematics teachers, and the basic research sample was selected from the (38) basic stage mathematics teachers. Dealing with digital graphics and image editing programs, a teacher's ability to create an e-mail and use it in the educational process, the teacher's ability to build diagnostic digital tests to determine the strengths and weaknesses of students, the teacher's ability to enable students to participate in planning activities and how to implement and evaluate them digitally, and in the framework of the researcher's findings recommends the need to develop the teaching performance of mathematics teachers in line with the requirements of slavery transformation MI, and providing possibilities to contribute to the use of digital learning in the teaching process, providing infrastructure to contribute to the use of digital learning, and providing training courses that contribute to the development of digital learning skills.
