A1 محمد، أماني حنفي A2 عبدو، نسرين جودات A2 العوض، أحمد عبد الله AB نجح الطلاب المكفوفون الذين التحقوا بالمعاهد والكليات الموسيقية وإن كانت هناك العديد من المشكلات المتعلقة بدراستهم إلا أن هذه المشكلات لا تتعلق بمستوي القدرة الموسيقية لديهم وإنما ترجع إلى مشكلات تتعلق بطرق تدريسهم ودمجهم مع المبصرين وتعتبر طريقة برايل أهم طرق تعليم المكفوفين وهي الطريقة الأوسع انتشارا حول العالم رغم كثرة اللغات. أصبحت طريقة برايل من أهم مفردات التعليم بالنسبة للمكفوفين حول العالم حتى أصبح الفرق واضح بين الكفيف الذي يتلقى تعليمه بطريقة برايل عن الكفيف الذي يتلقى تعليمه بالطرق التقليدية التلقين. هدف البحث إلى التعرف على الخصائص الفسيولوجية والنفسية للمكفوفين ووضع برنامج مقترح لتدريس مقرر قواعد الموسيقي العربية على ثلاث محاور؛ أحدهم تدوين المحتوى بطريقة برايل، والثاني بتسجيل المحتوى صوتيا، والثالث بتحويل المحتوى بصيغة (PDF). اتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي في تحليل المحتو. ينقسم البحث إلى قسمين الإطار النظري (الطبيعة الفسيولوجية والسيكولوجية للكفيف - التربية الخاصة - طريقة برايل - الوسائل السمعية واللمسية الحديثة المقدمة للمكفوفين)، والإطار التطبيقي (وهو عرض للمحتوى الدراسي لمقرر قواعد الموسيقي العربية ونماذج من المدونات بطريقة برايل)، ثم عرض الباحث النتائج والتوصيات ثم قائمة المراجع وملخص البحث باللغة العربية والإنجليزية.
