A1 أبو رعيان، سحر A2 نصيف، خديجة عبد الله AB هدف البحث إلى تعرف درجة توافر القيم الأخلاقية لدى طلاب وطالبات جامعة الملك عبد العزيز. تم التوصل إلى مجموعة من القيم تمثلت في 6 قيم أساسية و48 قيمة فرعية. اعتمد البحث على المنهج الكمي ذو التصميم المسحي، وتم إعداد استبانة وتقنينها وطبقت على عينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعة. أوضحت النتائج أن درجة موافقه أعضاء هيئة التدريس على توافر القيم الأخلاقية لدى طلاب وطالبات الجامعة جاءت بتقدير (إلى حد ما)، أما درجة الأهمية جاءت بدرجة أهمية متوسطة بشكل عام، ولا يوجد فرق دال إحصائيا بين درجة موافقة أعضاء هيئة التدريس على توافر القيم وفقا للنوع (الذكور والإناث)، ووجد فرق دال إحصائيا لدرجة الأهمية لصالح الإناث. يوجد فرق دال إحصائيا بين درجة موافقة أعضاء هيئة التدريس على توافر القيم لدى الطلاب وفقا للتخصص (علمي وأدبى) لصالح تخصص الكليات الأدبية. كذلك وجد فرق لدرجة الأهمية لصالح الكليات العلمية. أوصى البحث بالاهتمام بتنمية القيم الأخلاقية لطلاب الجامعات، وتدريب أعضاء هيئة التدريس والعاملون بالجامعات على كيفية تنمية القيم الأخلاقية للطلاب. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The research aims to know the degree of availability of moral values & their importance among the students of King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah, and a set of values was prepared to consist of 6 basic values and 48 sub-values. The research relied on the quantitative approach with a survey design, a questionnaire was prepared and applied to a sample of faculty members at the university. The results show that the degree of existence and importance of the values are medium for both, and there was no statistically significant difference between the degree of approval of faculty members on the availability of values according to gender (males and females), and there was a statistically significant difference in the degree of importance in favor of females. There is a statistically significant difference between the degree of approval of faculty members on the availability of values for students according to the specialization (scientific and literary) in favor of the specialization of literary faculties. Also, a difference was found in the degree of importance in favor of scientific faculties. The research recommended paying attention to the development of moral values for university students, and training faculty members and university employees on how to develop students' moral values.
