A1 إبراهيم، حسام الدين السيد A2 الحكمانية، سهام بنت خميس بن محمد AB هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى توافر السعادة المهنية لدى معلمي مدارس التعليم الأساسي في محافظة جنوب الباطنة بسلطنة عمان في ضوء نموذج بيرما المطور. اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، كما استخدمت الاستبانة في جمع البيانات والمعلومات وتم تطبيقها على عينة مكونة من (110) من المعلمين والمعلمات. توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مستوى توافر السعادة المهنية لدى معلمي مدارس التعليم الأساسي في محافظة جنوب الباطنة بسلطنة عمان في ضوء نموذج بيرما المطور جاء عاليا بصورة إجمالية، كما جاء عاليا أيضا في جميع أبعاد الدراسة، وهي: المشاعر الإيجابية، والاندماج في العمل، والعلاقات، والمعنى والهدف والإنجاز، والتنمية الشخصية والمهنية. كما كشفت النتائج عن عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة من المعلمين عند مستوى الدلالة (α≤0.05) تعزى إلى متغيرات المؤهل العلمي والمسمى الوظيفي، ولكن وجدت هذه الفروق في متغيري الجنس ولصالح الإناث، وسنوات الخبرة ولصالح الفئة أقل من عشر سنوات. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The study aimed to identify the level of availability of professional happiness among teachers of basic education schools in the Governorate of South Al Batinah in the Sultanate of Oman in the light of the developed PERMA model, study used a descriptive method, also used the questionnaire to collect data and information were applied to a sample of (110) teachers. The results of the study showed that the level of availability of professional happiness among teachers of basic education schools in the Governorate of South Al Batinah in the Sultanate of Oman in the light of the developed PERMA model was came generally high degree. They also came high degree of all fields: positive emotion, engagement, relationships, meaning and personal and professional development; but these differences were found in the variables of sex and in favor of females, and years of experience and in favor of the group less than ten years.
