A1 حوحو، جميلة A2 يحياوى، نجاة AB تهتم الدراسة بموضوع جودة الحياة في المدرسة الجزائرية من وجهة نظر الأساتذة، وذلك من خلال العوامل البيداغوجية والعلاقات التربوية بين الفاعلين التربويين. تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي من خلال البيانات والمعلومات التي تم جمعها بواسطة الاستمارة الموزعة على عينة الدراسة، والتي حددت بطريقة قصدية، والمتمثلة في أساتذة المدارس التي احتلت المراتب الأولى على مستوى الولاية من كل مستوى دراسي، والذي بلغ عددهم (67) أستاذا، وتمت معالجة بيانات الدراسة عن طريق برنامج spss 2021، حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى أن المدرسة الجزائرية رغم العديد من الإصلاحات والرغبة للوصول إلى جودة الحياة المدرسية، إلا أنها لازالت لم تستطع تحقيق ذلك لوجود العديد من النقائص من وجهة نظر الأساتذة. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The study is concerned with the topic Quality of life in the Algerian school from the teachers, through pedagogical factors and educational relations between educational actors, the descriptive approach was relied via the data and information collected by the questionnaire distributed on the intentionally sample, represented by the teachers of the first school of every academic level for the state of biskra, which numbered 67 teacher ' s point of view, there are many shortcomings. The data of the study was processed by the spss program, and the study found that despite the many reforms of the educational system in Algeria in an effort to reach the quality of school life, the Algerian school still could not achieve this, and there are still many difficulties from the teachers' point of view.
