A1 بن العيد، عيشة A2 ساعد، صباح AB هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن الاحتياجات التدريبية لأساتذة التعليم الثانوي بمدينة الجلفة في مجال بناء الاختبارات التشخيصية محكية المرجع. تكونت عينة من (75) أستاذا، طبق عليهم استبيان مكون من (27) عبارة موزعة على خمسة أبعاد تمثل مجموعة المهارات الأساسية اللازمة لبناء الاختبارات التشخيصية محكية المرجع. وبالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي الاستكشافي، تم التوصل إلى: 1) يحتاج الأساتذة إلى تدريب في مجال بناء الاختبارات التشخيصية محكية المرجع بنسبة 58%، قدرت نسبة الاحتياج بين (50.67%-61.33%)، بحيث قدرت أعلى نسبة احتياج لمهارة مهارة تفسير نتائج الاختبار (61.33%) وأقل نسبة لمهارة تحديد النطاق السلوكي ومحتواه بنسبة (50.67%) مما يدل على احتياج أفراد العينة لعملية التدريب على بناء الاختبارات التشخيصية محكية المرجع. A sample consisted of (75) professors. A questionnaire consisting of (27) phrases was applied to them, distributed over five dimensions, representing a set of basic skills for building referenced diagnostic tests. Relying on the descriptive exploratory approach, it was concluded: 1) Professors need training in the field of constructing referenced diagnostic tests, at a rate of 58% - The need was between (50.67%-61.33), and the highest percentage of need for the skill of interpreting test results was estimated at (61.33%) and (50.67%) as the lowest percentage for the skill of determining the behavioral range and its content, which indicates the need of the sample members for the training process to build referenced diagnostic tests.
