A1 بنطالب، خديجة AB يعد موضوع التعليم الإلكتروني من المواضيع الهامة التي أصبحت تؤرق بال المهتمين في المجال التربوي عموما، لذلك جاء هذا المقال ليسلط الضوء عليه عبر إبراز أهميته في ضمان حق أساسي للجميع وهو الحق في التعليم، خاصة بعد الجائحة التي عرفها العالم (جائحة كوفيد 19) التي حرمت عدد مهم من الأفراد عامة من التعليم، فحولت التعليم الإلكتروني من مسألة اختيار إلى ضرورة ملحة. كما حاول إبراز أهميته من خلال ضرورة الإستفادة من التطور الكبير الذي عرفه العالم في مجال التكنولوجي. لهذا حاول المقال معالجة الإشكالية الآتية: مدى أهمية التعليم الإلكتروني في ضمان التعليم للجميع بجودة عالية، وحاول الوقوف على عدد من التساؤلات من قبيل مدى إمكانية قياس الجودة في التعليم الإلكتروني وكذا آليات التطبيق. ليتم التوصل إلى نتيجة مفادها أن ضمان التعليم للجميع يتطلب ادماج التعليم الإلكتروني في مختلف المراحل، بشرط أن يتسم هذا التعليم الإلكتروني بالجودة، ولتحقيق ذلك فإن الأمر يتطلب وجود جودة في المدخلات ووجود جودة في المخرجات التي تتطلب عدد من المواصفات من قبيل: تلك المرتبط بإدارة التعليم الإلكتروني، وهيئة التدريس وبالطالب نفسه وكذا بالخدمة الإلكترونية. وفي الأخير خرج المقال بعدد من التوصيات ترمي تحقيق الجودة في التعليم الإلكتروني بالنظر للأهمية التي يحظى بها هذا النوع من التعليم سواء بصيغته الحضورية أن عن بعد. This article uncovers the importance of ensuring the right of learning for all, especially after COVID19 pandemic where many individuals were prevented from exercising that right. COVID-19 pandemic shifted the e-learning from being a choice to a necessity that we must incorporate into our education system and take advantage of modern technologies and innovations that can improve and facilitate e-learning. This article attempts to tackle the following topics: The importance of E-learning in ensuring high quality learning for all. Highlight areas of focus such as quality of e-learning measures and its application mechanisms, with emphasis on insuring education for all, requires integration of e-learning through all of its stages. This involves many criteria and specifications such as managing e-learning process organization and providing student and faculty support. Lastly, the article offers recommendations on how to achieve high quality e-learning in regard to the importance of both in-person learning and distant-learning.
