A1 آل مطير، حسن سالم حسين شملان AB هدف البحث إلى بناء مقياس للأمن الفكري في ضوء الرؤية الوطنية للمملكة العربية السعودية 2030، باستخدام التحليل العاملي التوكيدي، متحقق فيه البناء العاملي والثبات، ويمكن من خلاله تحديد مستوى الأمن الفكري في ضوء الرؤية الوطنية للمملكة 2030، لدى طلاب وطالبات المرحلة الثانوية بمدينة تبوك، والكشف عن دلالة الفروق بين متوسطات استجابات عينة البحث على المقياس والتي تعزى إلى النوع ونوع المدرسة والصف الدراسي. استخدم في البحث المنهج الوصفي. وشمل مجتمع البحث جميع طلاب وطالبات المرحلة الثانوية (نهاري) بمدينة تبوك للعام الدراسي (1442هـ) للفصل الدراسي الأول. في حين تكونت عينته العشوائية العنقودية من (390) طالباً وطالبة من مختلف الصفوف الدراسية بالمرحلة الثانوية. ولتحقيق أهداف البحث، تم بناء مقياس من إعداد الباحث يتكون من المجالات التالية: المجال الأول: مجتمع حيوي (قيمه راسخة - بيئته عامرة - بنيانه متين) والمجال الثاني: اقتصاد مزدهر (فرصه مثمرة - استثماره فاعل - تنافسيته جاذبة - موقعه مستغل) والمجال الثالث: وطن طموح (حكومته فاعلة - مواطنه مسؤول). تكون المقياس في صورته النهائية من (34) عبارة، تم التحقق من صدق البناء العاملي للمقياس باستخدام برنامج (AMOS) للتحليل العاملي التوكيدي، وبرنامج (SPSS V23) لتحليل البيانات. وتوصل البحث إلى نتائج منها: 1) أن مؤشرات جودة المطابقة للمقياس ظهرت بصورة جيدة ومقبولة، دلت على تحقق صدق البناء العاملي للمقياس.أن مستوى الأمن الفكري لطلاب وطالبات المرحلة الثانوية بمدينة تبوك في ضوء الرؤية الوطنية للمملكة العربية السعودية 2030 جاء مرتفعاً. 2) عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطات أفراد عينة البحث وفقاً لاختلافهم في متغير النوع وكذلك متغير الصف الدراسي، 3) ظهرت فروق دالة إحصائياً تعود إلى متغير نوع المدرسة، ولم تظهر فروق دالة إحصائياً للتفاعل بين متغيرات البحث. وخرج البحث بتوصيات من أهمها: استخدام المقياس للكشف عن مستوى الأمن الفكري لدى طلاب وطالبات المرحلة الثانوية في مناطق المملكة العربية السعودية الأُخرى. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The research aimed to construct a scale to measure the intellectual security in light of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's national vision 2030 use the confirmatory factor Analysis with verify the factorial structure and reliability, It is possible to precise the level of intellectual security in light of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's national vision 2030 among high school students in Tabuk city and the detection of the significant differences between the averages of the research sample responses on the scale, which are attributed to gender, school type, and grade. Descriptive method was used in this research, and the research community included all high school students (daytime) in Tabuk for the first term (1442 AH), While the random sample consisted of (390) male and female students from different classes of the secondary school stage. To achieve the research objectives, a scale prepared by the researcher was built from the following domains: Domain One: A vibrant society (a firm value - a fulfilling lives - a strong foundations) Domain Two: a thriving economy (rewarding opportunity - investing for the future - open for business - leveraging its unique position) Domain Three: an ambitious nation (the effective government - responsibly enabled). The scale supposed have (34) item as the final shape. It has been construct validated by using the AMOS program to Confirmatory factor Analysis and (SPSS) program to analyze data. The researcher reached conclusions, including: 1) The indicators of the quality of conformity with the scale appeared in a good and acceptable manner, indicating the validity of the scale's global construction. 2) The level of intellectual security for high school students in Tabuk city was high in the light of Saudi Arabia's National Vision 2030. 3) There are no statistically significant differences between the averages of the research sample according to their difference in the gender variable and the grade variable, as well as there were statistically significant differences due to the school type variable, and no statistically significant differences appeared for the interaction between the research variables. The most important research recommendations were using the scale to reveal level of the intellectual security of high school students and students in other Saudi Arabia regions.
