A1 الشمراني، نوال بنت محمد مستور A2 الشريف، عبد الله بن عبد العزيز بن عبد المطلب AB هدف البحث إلى الكشف عن واقع ممارسة أبعاد الاستدامة المالية بجامعة تبوك بأبعادها (التخطيط المالي، تنوع المصادر، نوعية السياسات المالية والإدارية، ابتكار روافد مالية جديدة) من وجهة نظر القيادات الأكاديمية، والكشف عن صعوبات تحقيق الاستدامة المالية بجامعة تبوك ممثلة في (الصعوبات التنظيمية والإدارية، الصعوبات المرتبطة بالجوانب البشرية، الصعوبات المرتبطة بالجوانب المالية والمادية) من وجهة نظر القيادات الأكاديمية، وكذلك الكشف عن متطلبات تطوير الاستدامة المالية بجامعة تبوك ممثلة في (الهيكل المالي السليم، الاستدامة التشغيلية، بيئة الحرم الجامعي، التخطيط والإبداع، الثقافة والتعليم) من وجهة نظر القيادات الأكاديمية. لتحقيق ذلك، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي بمدخله المسحي، والاستبانة والمقابلة أداتين لجمع البيانات، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة وعينتها من جميع القيادات الأكاديمية بجامعة تبوك والبالغ عددهم (188) قائدا أكاديميا، وبلغت عينة الدراسة (128) قائدا أكاديميا، وأظهرت النتائج: أن واقع ممارسة أبعاد الاستدامة المالية بجامعة تبوك من وجهة نظر القيادات الأكاديمية بشكل عام وفي جميع المحاور جاءت ضمن الدرجة المتوسطة وبمتوسط حسابي (3.37) وانحراف معياري (0.72)، كما أظهرت النتائج: أن صعوبات تحقيق الاستدامة المالية بجامعة تبوك من وجهة نظر القيادات الأكاديمية بشكل عام جاءت ضمن الدرجة المتوسطة وبمتوسط حسابي (3.23) وانحراف معياري (0.75). كما أظهرت النتائج: أن درجة أهمية متطلبات تحقيق الاستدامة المالية بجامعة تبوك من وجهة نظر القيادات الأكاديمية بشكل عام جاءت ضمن الدرجة العالية وبمتوسط حسابي (3.41)، وانحراف معياري (0.71). أوصت الدراسة بضرورة زيادة الاستثمار في موارد الجامعة، وضبط معدلات التضخم، ووضع استراتيجية لإدارة المخاطر ومواجهة الأزمات بالجامعة، وتعزيز مبدأ الشفافية والمساءلة، ومشاركة منسوبي الجامعة في اتخاذ القرارات المالية. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The study aimed to reveal the practice of the financial sustainability dimensions at the University of Tabuk with its dimensions (financial planning, diversity of resources, quality of financial and administrative policies, innovation of new financial resources) from the academic leaders perspectives, and to reveal the difficulties to achieving financial sustainability at Tabuk University represented in (organizational and administrative difficulties, difficulties related to human aspects, difficulties related to financial and material aspects) from the academic leaders perspectives, as well as revealing the requirements for financial sustainability development at the University of Tabuk represented in (sound financial structure, operational sustainability, campus environment, planning and creativity, culture and education) from the academic leaders perspectives. The study population consisted of (188) academic leaders at the university of Tabuk, and the study sample was (128). The results indicated that: The factual status of practicing the financial sustainability dimensions at the University of Tabuk from the academic leaders' perspectives in general and in all aspects came within the medium degree, with the mean (3.37) and a standard deviation (0.72). The results also indicated that: The Difficulties to achieving financial sustainability at the University of Tabuk from the academic leaders' perspectives in general came within the medium degree, with the mean (3.23) and a standard deviation (0.75). The results also indicated that the degree of the requirements importance for achieving financial sustainability at the University of Tabuk from the academic leaders' perspectives in general came within the high degree with the mean (3.41) and a standard deviation (0.71). The study recommended the need to increase investment in university resources, and controlling inflation rates, developing a strategy for risk management, and facing crises at the university, promoting the principle of transparency and accountability, and the participation of university employees in making financial decisions.
