A1 المطري، علي بن سعيد بن سليم A2 الحجري، راشد بن محمد A2 الفارسي، عبد الله بن علي A2 السناني، محمد بن خليفة AB هدفت الدراسة إلى بناء تصور مقترح لتنظيم وتأطير الدروس الخصوصية في سلطنة عمان في ضوء تجارب بعض الدول. تحاول الدراسة الإجابة عن السؤال الرئيس الآتي: ما التصور المقترح لتنظيم وتأطير الدروس الخصوصية في سلطنة عمان في ضوء تجارب بعض الدول؟ اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج المقارن، الذي قارن بين بعض بلدان العالم من أجل وصف وتحليل واقع وآليات تنظيم وتأطير الدروس الخصوصية، والكشف عن أوجه التشابه والاختلاف بين تلك الأنظمة والسياسات، حيث تم تحليل تجارب وخبرات تنظيم وتأطير الدروس الخصوصية في دول شرق آسيا كالصين واليابان وكوريا الجنوبية، وبعض الدول العربية كالإمارات العربية المتحدة، والمملكة العربية السعودية، وتونس والجهود السابقة لسلطنة عمان. خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أبرزها ضرورة الاستفادة من الخبرات الخاصة بتنظيم وتأطير الدروس الخصوصية في الدول موضع الدراسة لإصدار السياسة الوطنية لتنظيم وتأطير الدروس الخصوصية في سلطنة عمان. وكذلك التأكيد على المشاركة المجتمعية، وتفعيل دور مجالس أولياء الأمور، والمستويات المحلية في وضع سياسة وطنية بشأن الدروس الخصوصية. إصدار وزارة التربية والتعليم بالتنسيق مع وزارة العمل سياسة وطنية بشأن الدروس الخصوصية. وأيضا إصدار وزارة التربية والتعليم سياسة وطنية لتنظيم ومتابعة الدروس الخصوصية (التعليم الإلكتروني والمنصات الإلكترونية). The study aimed to build a proposed conception of the organization and framing of private lessons in the Sultanate of Oman in light of the experiences of some countries. It tries to study the answer to the following main question: What is the proposed conception of organizing and framing private lessons in the Sultanate of Oman in light of the experiences of some countries? The study adopted the comparative approach, which compared different countries of the world to describe and analyze the reality and mechanisms of organizing and framing private lessons, and to reveal the similarities and differences from those mechanisms, where the organization and framing of private lessons was analyzed in East Asian countries such as China, Japan, South Korea, and some Arab countries such as the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, the Sultanate of Oman, and Tunisia. The study concluded with a set of results, which indicated the need to take into account the expertise of organizing and framing private lessons in the countries under study to issue the national policy for organizing and framing private lessons in the Sultanate of Oman. Emphasizing community participation and activating the role of parent councils and local levels in developing a national policy on private lessons. The Ministry of Education, in coordination with the Ministry of Labor, issued a national policy on private lessons. The Ministry of Education issued a national policy to organize and follow up private lessons via the Internet (e-learning and electronic platforms).
