A1 عوة، ليديا AB هدفت الدراسة إلى البحث في إدارة الجودة الشاملة في الجامعة الجزائرية بين التطبيق والإخفاق وكذا النظم الحديثة للتعليم العالي وتحديات ضمان الجودة فيها. ففي ضوء ما يشهده العالم من تطور في مجال الاتصال، ودعوة المجتمعات إلى العولمة والاهتمام باقتصاد المعرفة، واتساع الحاجات الإنسانية، انعكس ذلك بالضرورة على التعليم ككل، وحصرا على التعليم العالي، مستعملين في ذلك المنهج الوصفي، حيث تطرقنا لتحليل النظام وأهدافه، ثم استعرضنا مراحل تطبيق الجودة في التعليم العالي، والفائدة الناجمة عن تبني مفهوم الجودة في التربية وأهدافها، مرورا بأساليب التقويم الأكاديمي، وأيضا أدلة ضمان الجودة والاعتماد في اتحاد الجامعات العربية وأدوار خلية ضمان الجودة في مؤسسات التعليم العالي في الجزائر، ووصولا إلى أسباب إخفاق تطبيق نظام الجودة في الجامعة الجزائرية. وأخيرا تصور مقترح لتطبيق الجودة الشاملة بالمؤسسات الجامعية الجزائرية بما يتوافق والمتطلبات العالمية. ومن أهم نتائج الدراسة، أن الجامعة الجزائرية لم تحقق ما تصبو إليه من جودة قطاعها نظرا للعديد من الأسباب فعلى الرغم من نجاح بعض الجامعات في تحقيق الجودة الشاملة إلا إنها لاقت الإخفاق من جامعات أخرى. Using the descriptive approach, we discussed the analysis of the system and its objectives, then we reviewed the stages of applying quality in higher education and the benefits resulting from adopting the concept of quality in education and its objectives, passing through the methods of academic evaluation, as well as the evidence of quality assurance and accreditation in the Association of Arab Universities and the roles of the quality assurance cell in higher education institutions. in Algeria and arriving at the reasons for the failure of implementing the quality system at the Algerian university. One of the most important results of the study is that the Algerian university did not achieve what it aspired to in terms of the quality of its sector due to many reasons. Despite the success of some universities in achieving comprehensive quality, they met with failure from other universities.
