A1 المخامرة، إنعام إبراهيم علي A2 أبو منشار، منال ماجد AB هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى مدى مساهمة مشروع تبني المدارس في مديرية تربية وتعليم يطا في تحقيق تطور التعليم من وجهة نظر المشاركين بالمشروع. اعتمد المنهج الكمي والنوعي من خلال مقابلة عدد من المشاركين في المشروع وتوزيع الاستبانة على عينة الدراسة العشوائية وقوامها (85) شخصا من المشاركين. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مدى مساهمة مشروع تبني المدارس في مديرية تربية وتعليم يطا في تحقيق تطور التعليم من وجهة نظر المشاركين بالمشروع جاء بدرجة متوسطة، إذ بلغ المتوسط الحسابي للدرجة الكلية (3.66) بنسبة مئوية بلغت (73.2%). كما توصلت لعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا وفقا لمتغير الجنس مع وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا وفقا لمتغير سنوات الخبرة والمسمى الوظيفي. اختلفت الآراء المستطلعة في المقابلة حول جدوى مشروع التبني، فقد عكست بعض الإجابات الجانب الإيجابي من المشروع، وذلك باعتباره مساهما بشكل واضح في تطوير التعليم، وخاصة المناهج، من خلال الدعم المقدم من المجتمع المحلي، وتقليل الحاجة إلى الدول المانحة، التي تقدم الدعم المشروط. مع ظهور آراء أخرى تحدثت عن الجانب السلبي لمشروع التبني حيث قلل من عمليات الدعم للمدارس وحصرها في بعض المدارس المشاركة بالمشروع فقط. The arithmetic mean for the total score was (3.66), with a percentage of (73.2%). It is also found that there were no statistically significant differences according to the gender variable, with statistically significant differences according to the years of experience and job title variables. The opinions of the respondents differed in the interview about the feasibility of the adoption project, as some of the answers reflected the positive side of the project, as it clearly contributes to the development of education, especially the curricula, through the support provided by the local community, and reducing the need for donor countries, which provide conditional support. Some other answers reflected the negative side of the adoption project, as it reduced the support operations for schools and limited them only to the schools which are participating in the project.
