A1 العتيبي، بسمة بنت ماهر بديوي A2 البلوي، عبير بنت خضر AB تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة دور الإشراف التربوي في التعامل مع المشكلات التي تواجه معلمي التربية الخاصة في بعض مناطق المملكة العربية السعودية. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. بلغت عينة الدراسة من (94) معلمي التربية الخاصة؛ (76) معلمة و (27) معلم. من أجل التحقق من أغراض الدراسة، تم استخدام مقياس دور الإشراف التربوي في التعامل مع المشكلات التي تواجه معلمي التربية الخاصة التي طورها (الثراب، 2019)، وتم تعديلها لتتناسب مع معلمي التربية الخاصة في المملكة العربية السعودية. تكونت من (28) فقرة موزعة على أربعة محاور أساسية بالإضافة إلى ثلاثة أسئلة مفتوحة. أسفرت نتائج على دور الإشراف التربوي في التصدي للمشكلات التي تواجه معلمي التربية الخاصة في معظم مناطق المملكة العربية السعودية كانت متوسطة. كما أظهرت نتائج أخرى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في المشكلات بين درجات معلمي التربية الخاصة في الاستجابة على استبيان الدراسة تعزى لمتغيرات (النوع، سنوات الخبرة، المؤهل التعليمي، المنطقة التعليمية). (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The study aims to identify the role of educational supervision in dealing with the problems facing special education teachers in some regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The analytical descriptive approach was used, and the study sample consisted of (94) special education teachers, (76) female teachers and (27) male teachers. In order to verify the purposes of the study, the scale of the role of educational supervision was used in dealing with the problems facing special education teachers, which was developed by (AlTharab, 2019), it was modified to suit special education teachers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It consisted of (28) paragraphs distributed over four main axes, in addition to three open questions. The results of the study revealed that the role of educational supervision in addressing the problems facing special education teachers in some regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia was moderate. The study results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in problems among the degrees of special education teachers in responding to the study questionnaire attributed to the variables (gender, years of experience, educational qualification, and educational region).
