A1 الناصر، طيبة جاسم A2 عياد، فاطمة سلامة A2 جاد الرب، هشام فتحي AB اهتمت الدراسة بالتعرف على العلاقة بين الإبداع الضمني - المقاس باستخدام خمسة تحيزات معرفية يطورها المبدعين في مستوى اللاشعور وتوجه تفكيرهم نحو تبرير الإبداع ورؤيته بصورة منطقية، وتعزز ميلهم نحو الانضمام بأنشطة إبداعية فريدة من نوعها - والشعور بالرفاه النفسي. كذلك هدفت الدراسة إلى بحث الفروق بين الطلبة الجامعيين في الإبداع الضمني والشعور بالرفاه النفسي وذلك وفقا للكلية العلمية التي ينتمون لها. كما كشفت عن الفروق في مستويات الإبداع الضمني والرفاه النفسي بين الجنسين، بلغ عدد المشاركين 197 (83 طالب و114 طالبة) من طلبة جامعة الكويت. تم تطبيق مقياس التفكير الشرطي للشخصية المبدعة (CRT-CP) لقياس الإبداع الضمني ومقياس الرفاه النفسي (PWB) لقياس ذات المفهوم. أظهرت نتائج التحليل الإحصائي وجود ارتباط جزئي وموجب بين الإبداع الضمني والرفاه النفسي، كما وجد أن هناك فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (0.05)، في الإبداع الضمني تعزى لمتغير النوع، حيث كان متوسط درجات الإناث أعلى من الذكور، في الوقت الذي لم يكن هناك فروق دالة إحصائيا بينهما في الرفاه النفسي، إجمالا كشفت الدراسة عن تمتع معظم طلبة جامعة الكويت بمستوى متوسط إلى مرتفع في الإبداع الضمني والشعور بالرفاه النفسي. The conditional reasoning test of creative personality (CRT-CP) was used to assess the implicit creativity, and the psychological well-being scale (PWB) was used to measure well-being the statistical analysis revealed a partial positive correlation between implicit creativity and psychological well-being, at the same time there was significant differences at 05 in implicit creativity between males and females. But there wasn't in differences in psychological well-being due the gender in general the study showed that most of Kuwait University students enjoy and average of medium to high level of implicit creativity and a sense of psychological well- being.
