A1 الشمرى، مها مطلق A2 العتيبى، سهية عبيد A2 العريفي، سهام سعود AB يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على واقع الدور المجتمعي لعضوات هيئة التدريس في كلية العلوم الاجتماعية بجامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية في ضوء الشراكة المجتمعية وتقديم استراتيجية مقترحة لتعزيزها. استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي. يتكون مجتمع الدراسة من عضوات هيئة التدريس بجامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية والبالغ عددهن (120)، وأجريت الدراسة على عينة قوامها (13) شخص أي بنسبة )11%( من المجتمع الأصلي. ركزت الدراسة على الشراكة بين الجامعة والمجتمع المحلي والقضايا التي تم التصدي لها والتحديات التي تقف عائقا أمام تحقيق الشراكة المجتمعية الفعالة والدور المجتمعي الفعال لعضوات هيئة التدريس. أظهرت نتائج البحث العديد من النتائج، أهمها: هناك موافقة بدرجة كبيرة بين أفراد عينة الدراسة حول وجود الكثير من المعوقات التي تحد من الأدوار المجتمعية لعضوات هيئة التدريس وأن (76.9%) من إجمالي مفردات عينة الدراسة لم يقدمن أنشطة أسهمت فعليا في حل احدى مشكلات المجتمع. كما أظهرت النتائج أن (84.6%) من إجمالي مفردات عينة الدراسة يرين أن دور الجامعة لا يتوقف على التدريس والبحث العلمي حيث أن وظائف الجامعة ثلاث: التدريس - البحث العلمي - خدمة المجتمع، بينما (2) منهن يمثلن ما نسبته (15.4%) من إجمالي مفردات عينة الدراسة يرين أن هناك معوقات تحد من هذا الدور تقريبا، أحيانا نريد أن نفعل شيء لكن البروتوكول - الخطابات - الأنظمة. وفي ضوء النتائج، قدم البحث استراتيجية مقترحة لتعزيز الدور المجتمعي لعضوات هيئة التدريس في كلية العلوم الاجتماعية بجامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية في ضوء مفهوم الشراكة المجتمعية. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The research aims to identify the reality of the societal role of female faculty members at the College of Social Sciences at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University in the light of community partnership and to present a proposed strategy to enhance it. The research used the descriptive approach. The study population consists of (120) female faculty members at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University, and the study was conducted on a sample of (13) people, i.e. (11%) of the original community. The study focused on the partnership between the university and the local community and the issues that were addressed and the challenges that stand in the way of achieving effective community partnership and the effective community role of faculty members. The results of the research showed many results, the most important of which is that there is great agreement among the members of the study sample about the existence of many obstacles that limit the societal roles of faculty members, and that 7609% of the total items of the study sample did not provide activities that actually contributed to solving one of the community’s problems. The results showed that 84.6% of the total items of the study sample believe that the university’s role does not depend on teaching and scientific research, as the university’s functions are three: teaching - scientific research - community service, while (2) of them represent (15.4%) of the total sample items The study sees that there are obstacles that almost limit this role.
