A1 ديك، رشا سعيد A2 عاشور، محمد علي AB هدفت الدراسة الكشف عن دور مديري المدارس الثانوية في منطقة المثلث داخل الخط الأخضر في تعزيز الشراكة مع المجتمع المحلي، وعلاقته بتنمية العمل التطوعي لدى الطلبة من وجهة نظر المعلمين. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة اختيرت عينة مكونة من (309) معلمًا ومعلمة بالطريقة المتيسرة في منطقة المثلث داخل الخط الأخضر للعام 2021-2022، وصُممت أداتان للدراسة هما: استبانة الشراكة مع المجتمع المحلي، واستبانة العمل التطوعي، وبعد التأكد من صدقهما وثباتهما طُبّقتا على أفراد العينة، حيث أظهرت النتائج أن دور مدير المدرسة في تعزيز الشراكة مع المجتمع المحلي كان متوسطًا، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في دور مدير المدرسة تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي والخبرة، فيما لم تظهر النتائج فروقًا تعزى لمتغير الجنس، وأظهرت النتائج أن دور مدير المدرسة في تعزيز العمل التطوعي كان متوسطًا، وأخيرا أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباط دالة إحصائياً بين الشراكة مع المجتمع المحلي، وتعزيز العمل التطوعي، وقد خرجت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات كان من أهمها تنفيذ البرامج التدريبية لمديري المدارس؛ لزيادة وعيهم بالمسؤولية المجتمعية في المجالات الأكاديمية والإدارية والمالية. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB This study aimed to reveal the role of secondary school principals in the triangle area (the green line) in strengthening partnership with the local community and its relationship to the development of volunteer work among students. To achieve this goal, a convenient sample of 309 male and female teachers was selected in the triangle area (the Green Line) for the year 2021-2022. The results showed that the school principal’s role in promoting partnership with the local community was moderate, and that there were statistically significant differences in the school principal’s role due to the variables of academic qualification and experience, while no differences appeared due to the gender variable. In addition, the school principal’s role in promoting volunteer work was moderate. Finally, the results indicated a statistically significant correlation between partnership with the local community and the promotion of volunteer work. The study offers a set of recommendations based on the results, such as the implementation of training programs for school principals to increase their awareness of social responsibility in the academic, administrative and financial fields.
