A1 السعيدي، عبد الرحمن عطا الله سعد A2 الظفيري، أحمد فيصل جبر مشوح AB هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى التغير في منظومة القيم من وجهة نظر المعلمين في ضوء العولمة الثقافية في منطقة العاصمة التعليمية في دولة الكويت، حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي من خلال بناء أداة الاستبانة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (350) معلما ومعلمة. وأوضحت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مدى تقبل تغير منظومة القيم ككل جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، كما تبين عدم وجود فروق بين استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير الجنس والعمر، بينما كان هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة في البعد الأخلاقي والسلوكي تعزى لسنوات الخبرة. وأشارت النتائج عن أن مدى إدراك أثر العولمة الثقافية جاءت بمستوى متوسط. ويوجد علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين العولمة الثقافية والتغير في منظومة القيم. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The study aimed to identify the Change in the Value System from the Perspective of Teachers in the context of Cultural Globalization in the capital educational District of the State of Kuwait. The descriptive approach was used by building a questionnaire, and the study sample consisted of 350 male and female teachers. The study findings revealed a moderate level of change in the value system. No significant differences were observed between the study sample members' responses based on gender and age. However, statistically significant differences were found in the moral and behavioral dimension due to years of experience. The findings revealed that those surveyed had a moderate level of awareness regarding the effects of cultural globalization. And There is a positive correlation between cultural globalization and change in the value system.
