The study also aimed to identify the obstacles to the application of this policy, and the descriptive analytical approach was used through two tools: quality and quantity, namely: interview and questionnaire, where the study community is of (694) principals and principals of a higher basic school, and the sample size (274) principals A director, who was statistically analyzed using the Statistical Social ScienceS Program (SPSS), was interviewed with the directors of education in the Directorates of the North, and the results of the quantitative study tool (resolution) showed that the role of school principals in the application of the digitization of education is significant. The results of the study showed that the constraints of digitization of education are also significant, reaching (3.8), while the results of the interview revealed that the number of schools where the digitization of education was applied (11%), The proportion of women with disabilities is high (75%) The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the average responses of principals of the top primary public schools in the application of the policy of digitization of education due to the variables of years of experience, scientific qualification, and directorate, and the existence of statistically significant differences due to the sex variable, and For the benefit of males, in addition to the statistically significant differences in the second area of resolution in relation to the directorate variable, and for the directors of Jenin and Kabatiya, the study recommended the need to provide financial support for the purchase of tablets, shipping cabinets and the equipping of infrastructure in schools with internet networks, Training teachers and educational supervisors in the use and employment of interactive devices.
