A1 المنيراوي، ريم يحيى AB هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مميزات التعليم الإلكتروني عن بعد في جامعة القدس المفتوحة من وجهة نظر العاملين فيها، استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كما استخدمت الباحثة الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة، وتكون المجتمع الكلي من جميع أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة القدس المفتوحة، والبالغ عددهم (79) عضو هيئة تدريس للعام 2022، وتكونت عينة الدراسة الفعلية من (79) عضو هيئة تدريس من جامعة القدس المفتوحة بقطاع غزة للعام 2022. أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α>0.05) لواقع مميزات التعليم الإلكتروني عن بعد بجامعة القدس المفتوحة من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس تعزى لمتغير (الجنس، الخبرة، المؤهل العلمي، الجامعة). ومن خلال النتائج أوصت الدراسة يجب تطوير منهجية التعليم الإلكتروني من اجل زيادة فوائدها في رفع مستوى التحصيل الدراسي لدى الطلبة في الجامعة. Their number is (79) faculty members for the year 2022, and the actual study sample consisted of (79) faculty members. One of the most important results is the absence of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α>0.05) for the advantages of distance e-learning at Al-Quds Open University from the viewpoint of its employees due to the variable (sex, experience, academic qualification, university). Through the results, the study recommended that developing the e-learning methodology in raising the level of academic achievement among students at the university.
