A1 عبده، هناء السيد السيد السيد A2 أحمد، سمير عبد الوهاب AB The research aimed to develop oral language performance skills for fifth grade primary students through a program based on linguistic patterns in Quranic stories، and to achieve this goal the researcher used the two methodologies: descriptive, and experimental, and the researcher built a program based on linguistic patterns in Quranic stories and applied to a sample of fifth grade primary students numbered (30) pupils and schoolgirls. The problem of the current research was represented in the weak level of the fifth-grade primary students in language performance skills The researcher addressed this problem through the following main question How can the development of the linguistic performance skills of the fifth-grade primary student? The following question stems from it What are the linguistic performance skills required for fifth grade primary students? What is the extent of availability of linguistic performance skills the fifth-grade primary students? The results of the research resulted in proving the effectiveness of the prepared program in developing the skills of oral and oral language performance among fifth grade students. In light of the results of the research, the researcher recommended the following: The use of the program prepared by the researcher by Arabic language teachers to develop oral language performance skills among fifth grade students. Holding training courses to train Arabic language teachers on the use of the prepared program.
