A1 آل كردم، مفرح AB يسعى البحث إلى وضع رؤية مقترحة لتطبيق الاتجاهات الحديثة في قيادة الجامعات السعودية من خلال التعرف على أهم تلك الاتجاهات، وتوفر العناصر الداعمة لتطبيقها، والتي تتألف من التخطيط الاستراتيجي، والعدالة التنظيمية، والتمكين الإداري، وتقنية المعلومات. ولتحقيق ذلك، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي بجانب الاستبانة التي تم تطبيقها على عينة بلغت (449) عضوا من عمداء الكليات ورؤساء الأقسام وأعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة الملك خالد. توصل البحث إلى رؤية مقترحة لتطبيق الاتجاهات الحديثة في قيادة الجامعات السعودية، وتتألف من عناصر عدة وهي: أهداف الرؤية، ومرتكزاتها، وآليات تطبيقها، ومتطلبات تطبيقها، ومراحل تنفيذها، والمسؤولين عن تنفيذها. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The research sought to develop a proposed vision for the application of modern trends in the leadership of Saudi universities through the identification of modern trends in leadership; and the availability of the supporting elements for its application. which consisted of strategic planning, justice, administrative empowerment and information technology; and used research the descriptive approach, relied on the questionnaire applied to a sample reached (449) members of Deans. agents. department heads and faculty members at King Khalid University, and the study found the proposed vision for the application of modern trends in the leadership of Saudi universities and consisted of a number of elements namely: Objectives - milestones - application mechanisms - requirements - stages of implementation and those responsible for implementing the vision.
