A1 الشيبان، أنس بن محمد بن إبراهيم AB هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية في التعاملات الداخلية والخارجية بمعهد العلوم الإسلامية والعربية في جاكرتا. وتحديد صعوبات تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية في المعهد، والتوصل لتوصيات لتفعيل تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية في المعهد. ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي وتطبيق استبانة على مجتمع الدراسة والبالغ (90) فردا من أعضاء هيئة التدريس والمعلمين والموظفين استجاب منهم (72) فردا. أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها أن درجة تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية في المعاملات الداخلية بالمعهد جاءت منخفضة. وفي المعاملات الخارجية أتت درجة التطبيق متوسطة، وموافقة أفراد الدراسة على الصعوبات المالية والتقنية ثم التنظيمية والإدارية جاءت عالية. وموافقتهم على الصعوبات البشرية جاءت متوسطة. وأوصت الدراسة بوضع خطط واضحة للتحول إلى الإدارة الإلكترونية الشاملة في المعهد، وضرورة التركيز على التدريب على الإدارة الإلكترونية وخصوصا الإداريين ومنسوبي المعهد على التعاملات الإلكترونية الداخلية والخارجية. And identify difficulties of application of e-administration in the institute, and reach to recommendations to activate the application of e-administration in the institute. And to achieve these goals, a descriptive approach survey was used and a questionnaire was applied to the study community that include (90) faculty members, teachers, and employees, (72) of whom responded. And the most important findings were that the degree of application of e-administration in the Institute’s internal transactions came low. And in the external transactions, the degree of application came medium, and the approval of the study members on the financial, technical, organizational and administrative difficulties came high. And their agreement to human difficulties was moderate. And the study recommended making clear plans to shift to comprehensive e-administration at the institute, and the need to focus on training on e-administration, especially administrators and employees of the institute on internal and external electronic transactions.
