A1 العمري، كوثرة A2 الرزيقية، هاجر خميس سليم AB The study aimed at identifying the role of the educational quality department in all directorates of education in the sultanate of Oman from the point of view of its employees and the role of the quality department in the educational directorates in raising all employees and the role entrusted to them. It also aimed at highlighting the effectiveness of the department of educational quality in raising the efficiency of workers in the educational directories. The researcher used the descriptive approach due to its relevance of the nature of this study and its objectives. The sample of the study was 200 employees from different directories and the researcher used the questionnaire as a tool for this study. The results of the study was as following. There are about 7% of the employees who do not do their responsibilities properly in following and supporting to make sure the work goes on. About 93% employees from different directories are willing to perform the tasks assigned to them and support the quality department in its work. The results showed that majority of employees are contributing in terms of the work directed to them. In the light of the results of the study, the following recommendations were drawn. It is important that the quality department in each directorate performs its work properly and transparently away from relations and the importance of following up as part of the duty of the quality department. There is a need to be open to international experiences in the field of quality in educational institutions to benefit from and apply them in various educational directories.
