A1 السفاسفة، أسامة محمد إبراهيم AB The study aimed to identify the level of the Jordanian ministry of Education’s use of total Quality Management standards from the point of the administrates working in its center, and their different points of view with different: their qualifications, and practical experience in its center. The sample of this study consisted from (292) administrators working at the ministry’s center. To achieve the aim of this study questionnaire was developed that enjoyed avidity and reliability. The results indicated that the level of the Ministry of Education’s use of total quality management standards from the point of view of the administrators working in its center came as an average, on the total score and most of the Items, and there were no statistically significant differences in this view according to the educational qualifications, while statistically significant differences emerged according to for practical experience in the center of the ministry and for the benefit of long experience, and the interaction between the scientific qualification and practical experience in the ministry, and for the benefit of administrators who have PhDs and who have long experience, then intermediate experience. The study concluded with a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: The need to allocate and provide incentives and rewards to everyone who contributes to the application of total quality management standards in any department, directorate or educational department.
