A1 فارس، علي A2 عماري، محمد A2 شويعل، يزيد AB رغم المحاولات الجادة لوزارة التربية الوطنية منذ الاستقلال بالاهتمام بتكوين الأساتذة، إلا أنَّ هذا الملف يُعد النقطة السوداء في تاريخها، ومع ذلك، فلم تبق واقفة تتفرج، بل حاولت أن تسخر الإمكانيات المادية والبشرية من أجل تحقيق هذا التحدي. ولكن معطيات الميدان التربوي تُفيد أنَّ واقع التكوين في الجزائر في خطر بسبب الكثير من المتغيرات منها: ضعف التأطير، وغياب تكوين المكونين، وهشاشة البرامج التكوينية، وخصائص المتكونين، وخاصة تهميش دور المدارس العليا للأساتذة، ما أنتج منظومة تكوينية هشة، أفرزت أساتذة غير أكفاء. إنَّ الورقة البحثية تهدف إلى قراءة واقع تكوين الأساتذة في المجال النفسي التربوي بالمدارس العليا للأساتذة، ومحاولة نقده نقداً موضوعياً بعيداً عن الذاتية، وتقديم حلولاً قد تسمح بإنقاذ المدرسة الجزائرية. However, the data in the educational field indicate that the reality of formation in Algeria is in danger due to many variables, including: poor framing, absence of training components, the fragility of training programs, and the characteristics of those trained, especially the marginalization of the role of high schools for teachers (ENS), which produced a fragile training system, which produced incompetent teachers. This research paper aims to read the reality of the formation of teachers in the educational psychological field in the higher schools for teachers (ENS), and to try to criticize it objectively, away from subjectivity, and to provide solutions that may allow saving the Algerian school.
